FBI officials said the training exercise extends to State Highway 288 to State Highway 146 and Interstate 10 east to Highway 255 and around Ellington Field. According to FBI officials, participants will be conducting the training in personal protective equipment and includes military personnel and helicopters.
The training is not open to view for media or the public and doesn't threaten Harris County residents, FBI officials said.
In addition to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, other agencies involved in the training include the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the National Security Administration, and the Department of Homeland Security. Other departments participating in the exercise include the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the Houston Police Department, local fire departments, emergency management, state departments, and public health agencies.

That whole area has alot of shipping container traffic from the shipping ports. I hope everything works out OK.
