We should all learn and share the international sign for help. It can literally save lives and enable victims of abuse to seek help

I'm fairly certain that is a slight bastardization of the Masonic symbol for showing other Masons that you are in distress and need assistance.

Such as being in court and showing a set of hand signals would notify a judge, if he were a Mason, that you were a fellow brother and needed assistance, which they are required to give to fellow Masons.
