Children should be seen, and NOT heard.
You go to school to learn, not to have your kinks and fetishes celebrated.
So they test all of the students regularly, and then they slice and dice the test scores, mostly by race.
There is invariably an achievement gap between the various races.
So the school districts try to close this achievement gap, by literally ignoring anyone who is a member of the race that does well on tests, and devote 100% of their time and reaources to helping members of the race that doesn’t do so well.
They have tried numerous strategies to close this achievement gap, but NOTHING works.
They have tried recruiting teachers and administrators from that race, under the theory that having positive role models might make students perform better.
Didnt work.
They have tried year-round school in certain schools with a high percentage of students from the underachieving race.
Didn’t work.
They have tried to have classrooms of only boys.
Didn’t work
They have tried to have classrooms of only members of the underachieving race.
Didn’t work.
They have it stuck in their heads that every student should be able to dunk a basketball, and don’t understand why some students will never dunk a basketball.
But they keep trying to teach a pig to sing,
And it only seems to annoy the pig.
But really, what are they trying to achieve? Sameness? Excellence? Diversity in achievement?
They honestly believe that every kid should be able to dunk a basketball, regardless of their own physical limitations
Its beyond absurd. If you are a member of race of over-achievers you will not get any help on anything, school related or otherwise, because if that students improves themself, that just makes the achievement gap even bigger.
Confusion. If the kid is confused as fuck at the end of the school year the teacher gets a bonus. Additional vacation time if they reach their numbers for hormone therapy participants.
