Robert Ruse, a high ranking Templar of the 1200s, is known for the creation of this intelligence model. He is related BY BLOOD, linked through genealogy, to the modern day Bush family. The Bushes have CIA relations & obvious globalist positions.

The Templar were forced underground after the Pope issued a Papal Bull & monarchies worldwide sought to eradicate them. The Mystery Schools assimilated the Templar & inherited their vast wealth. Today, Templars & Freemasonry are one in the same.

They are intent on destroying those that waged war on them & their forefathers.
