You're speaking in reference to the Ra Material. The Law of One. Ra speaks about this. IIRC, it's about the intensity of the light.

I can't dispute this, the notion might very well be in "The Law of One"... but while I'm aware of this material, I've never been a devotee to it, so it's unlikely I ever read that book. But you may be right, and I read that somewhere else.
