I'm curious why reprogramming would ever need to be done...ever.
We have the tech to make a machine that would never need reprogramming and the ai wouldn't be able to be in such an easy way.
We could:
create a machine vision Ai which reads the names off of each ballot vote. For a Talley.
use ballots that have unique identifiers, and are tamper resistant (like the dollar)
check ballot identification data to ensure only valid, non-dupicated ballots are counted by the ai. Which would negate people trying to rescan a ballot
create a multi level output system so ballots of each candidate arestacked together for quick review by a human.
as a second quick verification method, weigh the ballots. Each ballot has a specific weight, including inc and moisture. This will give a quick estimate of numbers of ballot that can be used for quick verification of the counts.
and of course the best option is the casino option. Get rid of all this shit. Hand count all of it inside of a casino or bank, where high-speed cameras record everything. Stream it live.
there's some interesting designs for blockchain voting systems, as the blockchain can't be tampered with once a vote is cast into it.
however, imo they've been preparing for un-cheatable elections by busing in coach loads of democrat voters from across the border wherever they are needed
