It's not for opsec IMO, it's a dry run for global complete surveillance in the cabal's Ukraine sandbox where they have the power to enforce it and iron out the technical issues.

It's what they want for all of us and they can pilot it in Ukraine because the populus is under tyranny and can't refuse.
