On 6/1/23, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission ruled that a hospital can deny service of a test to a person with a life threatening condition, if the person is unvaccinated, refuses to disclose their vaccination status, and refuses to be tested.

I represented the patient in this case and got their permission to post the reference number. During the appeal before the final decision, the Commission did not let either party speak. The documentary, Died Suddenly, was admitted as evidence. The Commission made no comment on the information provided in that video.
