I buy on Robinhood and I will register the shares as soon as the merger happens.

Please do not use Robinhood, they are one of the most shady brokers out there. I know probably all of them are, but Robinhood is the worst IMO.

Here is a comment I saved a year ago that gave us the DRS company for DWAC:

Continental stock transfer & trust. They will only take DWAC and DWACW. I had to leave the DWACU with fidelity. If you own stock and warrants they will create two separate accounts when you transfer but you can can have them merged once they confirm you are the same owner.
