So my next question is: What do handkerchief and realtor mean? I seriously doubt their meaning in this context is what normal people think they mean.

Realtors buy and sell property. The handkerchief is probably a veiled reference to the handkerchief code https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Handkerchief_code .

I would assume that the handkerchief in this case is either an adult that needs to be brought to heel or an offer someone who is not an adult. I'm going to assume that the handkerchief is male because that code is used by gay men.
