Lol are you serious. Obama was elected President in 2008, while Alex Soros was 22 years old. The further back you go in his political career, the more ridiculous it gets. Alex was 18 when Obama got elected to US Senate and like 12 when Obama got his first State Senate election win. If you believe Obama was an "asset" his entire career (which I do), there is a 0 percent chance Alex Soros was calling the shots.
