Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts heavy with concern and compassion for our dear friend Tom. We lift him up to You, knowing that You are the ultimate source of healing and comfort. We ask for Your divine intervention in his life as he battles this infection in the hospital in Reno.

Lord, we pray for Your healing touch to be upon Tom's body. We ask that You would eradicate every trace of infection and restore him to full health. We pray for the doctors, nurses, and medical staff attending to him, asking for Your wisdom and guidance in their decisions and treatments. May they be instruments of Your healing grace in Tom's life.

In this time of uncertainty and fear, we also pray for Your peace to surround Tom. Calm his mind and heart, Lord, and reassure him of Your presence by his side. Fill him with Your strength and courage to face each day with hope and resilience. Remind him that he is not alone, for You are with him every step of the way.

Father, we also lift up Tom's loved ones to You. Comfort them in their worry and grant them peace. Give them the strength to support Tom during this challenging time. May they find solace in knowing that You are in control and that You work all things together for good.

Finally, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in Tom's life. If it is Your plan to restore him to health, we ask for Your miraculous intervention. But if there are lessons to be learned, faith to be strengthened, or purposes to be fulfilled through this trial, we ask for Your guidance and provision in those areas as well. Whatever Your will may be, may Your name be glorified.
