There's not a lot of military traffic in the air today (a weekend day), so this stands out on ADS-B. It could also be a P-8 instead, since it's showing as source = MLAT, as a B767.

A Fueler doing donuts in one area. Usually means Fighter Aircraft are active. That or there’s other restricted airborne activity going on that isn’t on scanners.

In of itself it’s not particularly special. But it will draw speculation from some.
