Tennessee judge dismisses lawsuit from transgender plaintiffs asking to change sex on birth certificates
A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit in which transgender plaintiffs argued that the state of Tennessee should allow them to alter the sex on their birth certificates.
As soon as they can change their chromosomes, they're good to go
"They argue that the law unconstitutionally discriminates against transgender people and that the sex designation on their birth certificates is wrong because it does not accurately correspond with their gender identities."
Wait a minute! I thought sex and gender were two completely different things. 🤷🏼♂️
This is so confusing. 😜
Now they want official records to be changed to go along with their madness. Nah. I'm not playing along and neither should the government. If your born a male you are male, fact, if your born a female your female , fact , records state facts not fantasy.
