Don't give a crap which hand or how small - I firmly believe Biden does NOT have access to the football/Nuclear codes. Frankly, I do not believe he has access to anything that could cause us harm in any long term event.
Correct
The bag in the left hand does seem to match though. I was wondering if there could be multiple parts to it? Maybe the larger bag contains a sort of base station that gets setup and then the smaller bag is what needs to be in the immediate vicinity of POTUS as he moves around?
I'll admit we coulda jumped the gun. I've done it before. It does make sense to keep an eye out for the football though as it was intensely and unusually made a target for legislation:

This documents the process a bit more. I'm skeptical that details of how the football currently works are even available to us. Wouldn't it be classified? Here's a link that tries:

“The satchel is a portable command center,” says Knapp, who coordinates the history department’s Crisis and Conflict in Historical Perspective initiative. “But the president cannot just order up a nuclear weapon the way one might order a steak at a restaurant. The point of the football is not to start a war, but to put checks and balances on doing so.
“The term ‘football’ was invented during the Kennedy administration, but the satchel to which it refers started during the Eisenhower administration,” Knapp continues. “The United States developed so many — and so many different kinds of — nuclear weapons, it was realized the president would need some way to communicate with the Pentagon when he was away from a command center.
This article even cites precedent for stealing the football (Kissinger stole it from Nixon):

Yes it is the one with the arrow. Lugable computer. But I think the codes, options and procedures are in the other one.
Now you'll get all the arguments that electronics are smaller so any little case could be it. It's always been hefty, there must be more in there than a simple signal device.
The text would then read "in both hands". Smh
There is another thread where this same pack, as carried by this officer in his right hand, is also photographed while Trump speaks to the crowd by a person also holding it in his right hand. ....
This leads to the supposition that the football (does that have something to do with: "the ball is in your court"-- V.V. Putin, Helsinki) is still part of Trump's entourage and continues to make him "commander-in-chief" or in popular Latin: Imperator.
Left hand is his carry on bag. You think he can go get his luggage real quick. While POTUS waits? Probably - Sweat suit , Comfy shoes ,underwear ,socks ect...
