Can we get any lawyers then to file a class-action lawsuit on behalf of those of us who paid our debts?

Honestly, I wouldn't mind student loan forgiveness as long as those of us who paid off our loans already (or didn't take loans out) also received a lump sum payment to do with as we pleased. Why isn't this part of the deal? Makes sense / seems fair.
