So the negative dips in 1945, 1958, and 1968 just MIGHT coincide with WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War. I can't think of any other reasons in those years that the life expectancy for America would drop. But it also appears that current drop coincides with widespread covid "vaccine" use and quite possibly forcing elderly people into "nursing homes" (a.k.a. death camps), and the numbers are greater than WWII, Korea, and Vietnam COMBINED.

They want us dead.

I would credit the vax for the uptick in deaths right now , we have been being poisoned for some time now.
