I struggle with this more and more everyday.

I think there are two big factors we need to keep in mind.

One is that we're all more awake. A lot of what we're seeing was already visible, but we didn't notice before like we do now.

The other is that more and more rot, corruption, and evil is being exposed.

Combine those two things and it's really easy to get overwhelmed. This is part of swallowing the red pill - seeing things for what they are.

I just try to remember to pull up my big boy pants and lean on my frens to get through the day.
