To be honest this wouldn’t surprise me in the least. I live not far from Camp LeJeune and have personally invited several groups of Marines into my home from there for Thanksgiving for a number of years . (My development has hosted them here). The majority of them were from different countries who joined mainly so they could become US citizens. The first group I hosted I still have contact with at least one whose dad was Army. He joined the Marines so he could change out to the army eventually so he could be higher ranked in the Army. He was the only one out of 16 of them i hosted that was awake. In fact we are still friends on FB and he’s a Q supporter. The rest of the Marines (all first years) I hosted were oblivious IMHO. I figured it out asking a few random questions at the table each year. One of them had apparently never eaten in a formal dining setting before and took pictures of my place settings to send home to his family. I almost felt sorry for him. Another guy asked for and ate all the turkey skin and just gravy from a 30 lb turkey. I was waiting to see if he’s puke it all up. These guys and gals were only 18 years old to 20 and I remember thinking if this is what we have to protect us… we’re doomed

They would have preferred a nice tasty dish of crayons.
