Imo, NATO has been in its demolition phase since the Ukraine "special military operation" began last year. (While, conveniently, Biden was the pResident rather than Trump).
This demolition phase includes revealing and exposing NATO so when the people realize what's happening, the demolition has enough popular support to avoid destabilizing backlashes while the final stages are completed.
