Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) does not know if House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) can constitutionally expunge former President Donald Trump's two impeachments, saying McCarthy is "playing politics."

When someone is found guilty and then couple years later, evidence comes out proving they were in fact innocent - arent those charges "expunged"? Why would this be any different? Only politics that was played was the original impeachment - when those traitorous lying POS Dems brought charges knowing full well they were false.
