The man, 43, had given a $1,000 downpayment to the boy's mother, it was alleged. He offered the woman, from Zhytomyr, a total of $5,000 for the baby who he intended to sell to traffickers for $25,000

Awful. Non human scum. For the love of money. I hate "people" that prey on people's fears... glad this scum was caught. How many other scum are out there that haven't been though? And these parents trust these parasites with their most precious gift... their babies. Demons and scum. Every last one of them.
