It looks like he is saying that He will "lose" this case in DC. If he is "arrested" while waiting for the process to pay out my bet would be this.

It would be a white hat operation to remove President Trump from public view as we move into the time that may very well be the most dangerous time of this whole operation. The black hats may be willing to do anything to retain power. I would not be suprised that if they could they would nuke a city that they thought President Trump was in.
