Where can I find legitimate documentation on the "US Corporation" being bankrupt? And what does that even mean? I've seen a lot of people try to use that as an excuse to get out of traffic stops. lol

Since DC isn’t a state or even a territory of the USA, it’s technically a foreign entity within the country. I’m certain someone can explain it better
