... Though the first of its kind, Louisiana’s age-verification bill was not the last. Nearly identical bills have passed in six other states — Arkansas, Montana, Mississippi, Utah, Virginia and Texas — by similarly lopsided margins. In Utah and Arkansas, the bills passed unanimously. The laws were passed by overwhelming margins in legislatures controlled by both parties and signed into law by Democratic and Republican governors alike. In just over a year, age-verification laws have become perhaps the most bipartisan policy in the country, and they are creating havoc in a porn industry that many had considered all but impossible to actually regulate. ...
Definitely in the "local win" category. Proves there is still some low-hanging fruit to be harvested. Bipartisan too--very impressive!
This is just a trojan horse to further the great reset by making us show ID to use the internet
and look it has the entire uniparty in agreement on something!
The real way to solve this issue is to treat the internet like being in public. You can only be naked inside a brothel (if your state even allows these) and semi naked in strip clubs etc. So the solution is to make all porn illegal on clearweb and then individual websites which are for that purpose have to ID their visitors by making them pay money obviously. It would solve the problem overnight
The pervs can always use a VPN, and I think the perv industry knows this.
Not sure how I feel about these..... California recently passed very similar laws but targeting guns.
Obviously I hate that & it's unConstitutional, but I somewhat support this targeting porn......
IDK.....

I'm all for this age verification, as long as the age is 110. Anyone over that age should be allowed to kill their soul with porn. No one younger.
