Let them build their billion dollar development. Let it stand ...then burn it all down. Screw the ins cos. Then when they rebuild...burn it all down again. KEEP burning everything down, repeatedly. Never stop. Make these fuckers believe it's cursed because it's tribal land. Then take it all back.
