He may be a self proclaimed liberal, but he dedicates the video to the Lord Jesus Christ at the start. So this man has it where it counts.
One can’t possibly be a Christian and a liberal at the same time. They are mutually exclusive. I have a self-proclaimed “Christian” SIL. She is a flaming lesbian, “married” to her roommate and refuses to read the Bible with me or to pray with me about abortion or the state of the world. She refuses any discussion on eschatology as it is too negative for her. She picks and chooses what she likes about Jesus and ignores the Old Testament. She is a hot mess
Not true. You come to Christ as you are. Liberal, gay, trans, deep state goon, it does not matter. Whoever you are, if you confess Jesus is Lord, turn to Him and surrender to Him, He will take you as you are. Jesus changes you, gives you a new heart and new life.
I agree. Surrender to him is turning from sin. My SIL is eating box every night. Nothing has changed. Her fruits….
Yeah, you don't just profess Jesus with your mouth and continue living in sin. That's not how it works. But there is forgiveness for all sins if one has a repentant heart.
Yes Sir, I agree. I am very saddened by it, as I do love her and want what’s best for her. I pray a lot about it.
On a personal note, as I continue reading the Bible and praying, I am now starting to feel repulsion towards my sinful nature. My past sexual sins are no longer urges. I can feel the Holy Spirit working on me.
My brother in Christ, I could have written those exact same words in heartfelt truth.
Came here to say what you just said “One can’t possibly be a liberal and a Christian at the same time”.
And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Sharing angst about unrewarded work is an unfortunate form of unity.
Dichotomy is a funny thing. It actually is touroidal like a mobius strip and contains a 'twist'. Zeno saw the Paradox and Hegel saw the Dialectic.
The warlock sees it as a handle of control.....a going 'to and fro' in imitation of balance. This is the way of the material world.
In regards to the song's dichotomies, Rich/Poor and North/South dichotomies ...these too are by nature divisive.
The folk singer's machine (the guitar) supposedly 'kills fascists', yet were used by warlocks (also fascists) to divide. On that train Leviathan that keeps on comin' round the bend

Perhaps you can mk something of all this.
On May 20 1861, the Confederate Congress voted to move the government to Richmond... With that, Virginia's capital had become the very symbol of the Confederacy, and the ultimate prize in a bloody war.
Lord, we got those come and go blues by Gregg Allman
"Yes, we do, oh and you got me feelin' like a fool.
Round 'n' 'round, 'round we go,
Don't ask me why I stay here, I don't know.
Well maybe I'm a fool to care,
Without your sweet love, baby I would be nowhere.
Here I'll stay, locked in your web,
Till that day I might find somebody else.
I don't know just when that would be,
I don't know, I can't say as I can't see.
Lord you got me feeling like a fool.
Sail on, darlin', sail on
Woman, you go your way, and I'll go mine
Seems to me, that I once heard
That everything is finally cured by time."
