Some time after recording the footage in the above video, airspace above Lahaina became a no fly zone.
He states it here, I think in one of his other videos he states something about it as well.

what reason would the HI gov't (or Feds? did they implement it?) have for making that a no fly zone? I thought that was only used for National Security / protecting important persons?
In their minds, "national security" means protecting the DS.
