I use to listen to Alice Cooper when I was young. It was always a great show. I remember him in an interview saying he knew Jim Morrison and were friends. Cooper lamented on Morrison untimely death, recalling the influence Morrison had on him for his theatrical acts.... I recall Alice Cooper opining saying that he also learned it was important to separated the stage persona from the private individual. He said unfortunately Morrison was never able to do this and it killed him as a result.
To me this was an intriguing statement Cooper made. I recognized Alice Cooper as being more than a show man, but someone that was measured in thought and action. Alice is 75 years old and is an avid golfer..... and still making public appearance through performances and commercials. His head is in the right place and he looks good gr his age.
OMG the comments on that santana thread are fucking top tier.
"It’s not just conservatives who think you are an idiot who denies reality." some comments to the OP fuck lol
Santana caved: "Santana issued an apology this week after a clip of him went viral from a concert where he said, 'A woman is a woman and a man is a man. That’s it.'"
I saw Alice Cooper in concert. He had a backdrop which contained a desolate landscape with a pyramid with the cap stone missing and an eye above. It wasn't obviously placed or in a prominent position, it was stage left almost behind equipment. I got the impression that it was a nod to freemasonry which disappointed me and soured my outlook on him and felt like just another confirmation at the time. Still would not surprise me to find out he's in the club but taking a stand on this issue is kind of interesting and makes me wonder.
Well good for Carlos. His was the first concert I ever went to, and it was awesome. He has some serious TDS, though. Maybe he'll open his eyes and actually see what's in place at some point...

I was 18 when Alice Cooper was really famous with "Schools Out"
Nobody saw it back then as "Luciferian Symbolism"
If you wanted to get any credibility as a mainstream rock artiste you absolutely had to get into ridiculous levels of glam and shockery. He was competing for kids to buy his records against the likes of David Bowie and his ludicrous make-up and silver outfits bisexual act. I doubt the artistes even got a vote on what their record company told them was going to be printed onto their album covers.
Alice Cooper is 75 now so doesn't have to care anymore so can say what he really thinks. Kudos he didn't have to say it he could have stayed home with his money.
If I were him though I would feel bad that I had (even if unintentionally) enabled the door to open that little bit more for the real evil people.

But if he doesn't, it's his loss.

Alice also was/is heavily involved with Luciferian symbolism with child sacrifice being a main theme. Not convinced he's a good guy.
