With winds swirling, a house either catches fire and burns to the ground, or it doesn’t ignite and stays standing. The only way a house “half burns” is if it is saved by firefighting.
This is one of the oddest arguments I’ve seen presented.
There doesn't seem to be anything halfway burned. The houses are either completely burned to ash, or they're not burned at all.
