You did more than you know. Companies are having trouble finding good talent, and it can take months to find qualified people for some of the highly skilled positions.

People need to band together. If a company is forced to fire too many people that they can't easily replace, they will be forced to push back.

I hope more ppl will band together this time. Those refusing the vax were for the most part a stalemate. Companies that forces the shot didnt loose much, and the ppl who stood their ground didnt suffer much, for the most part they found new jobs. I didnt hear of anyone getting the shot cause they couldnt find work. This time around, i have a feeling the boot is going to press harder.
