I think the X22 theory on this is correct… Biden (whether it’s the real guy, or an actor) is being publicly humiliated by having to perform these actions. His actions are showing the public loud and clear that he doesn’t care about the country and its citizens. It’s part of the awakening plan, to make people take notice.
