The only thing that will stop this is: 1) suing the pharmacist and 2) suing the pharmacy. Also lodge a complaint wth the Pharmacy Board. They are interfering with the doctor caring for their patient, and by doing so practicing medicine without a Medical License. That would be tantamount to if I, as an RN, refused to give a patient a prescription for oxycodone, written by a doctor, because I felt it could be detrimental d/t it’s addictive potential. I would be practicing medicine without a MD license.

Quite right. They are indeed practicing medicine without a license. This is very key point to legally attack them. Every State has this law in their books.
Exactly. But getting LE also involved will send them to court on criminal charges. You will be amazed how fast word gets out. You have both criminal and civil cases here.
