I believe this but am curious as to why the government or anyone would have done this shooting. What was there to be gained by this action? Serious question.

Q told us that Trump was having a secret meeting in LV that night.

The entire thing was a distraction to try and take out Trump.

This all happened right after Trump announced he was going to release the JFK files.

Trump may have been meeting with Saudi Arabia's MBS, who later became the Crown Prince, and arrested many criminals within the Saudi government a few weeks after this event.

There was a 2nd fire fight in the Tropicana where the prince was at the time. Meaning there were attempted assassinations on both Trump and Salman using the mandalay bay shooting as cover.
