I skimmed the original EO Ma d don’t see an expiration date. Looks like EO’s, remain in force until they are canceled, revoked, adjudicated unlawful, or expire on their terms.
This one was issued under the national emergency act. I believe that’s the difference since it’s been declared a National emergency.
Interesting that it’s only been extended one year.
The last two times it was extended was also for a year. Me thinks one year is max. Not certain though
