You know, in an increasingly digital work environment, just why would the government need thirty thousand paper cutters? They planning on running children’s craft camps in communities across America? Sounds like a hoax no matter how you cut it. (Pun intended).
Being a dinosaur, I have a paper cutter, but can’t think of the last time I used it. Maybe there are business functions where they’re frequently used? Anyone have any ideas? To your memory do you recall there actually being a verifiable government purchase order for these?
Like I said, it was a long time ago that this whole guillotine thing popped up. This is not new. I don't remember whether there was a purchase order or not, just that the whole idea of it being an actual guillotine was ruled out. Looks like a bag full of hopium to me.
