It's possible. Hoever, Speaker McCarthy ends up being the lynch key. The big exception is also whether Feinstein is retiring soon and she increasingly looks like another justice Ginsberg deal. The other factor is Kamala Harris is absolutely hated by her democrat colleagues. Emotional senses seems to lead their actions.
