edit - Seems K2 should be used in conjunction with D3 (algorithms show that is a popular result) though I haven't dug into it yet. Comments from others lead me to believe this is what you meant.
I did mean that, but, there may be other nuances to using D3 and K2 that I am not aware of, though if I recommend D3, K2 would be a precursor, in fact timing of using these vitamins is important. You can't just pop a D3 and K2 and hope it works.
I did not see the other component needed to accompany taking D3 in this twitter post
when the other component is not used, there are bad effects like: arteries get hardened from free D3
the doctor appears to have violated the hippocratic oath of 'do no harm'

By timing, do you mean taking at a certain time of day?
yes, the K2 has to be in the system, I don't know the timing, and what if I was told the wrong thing, then what ?
