What I recognize: S[e]- sound represented by the welsh word: sicrhau the word in Dutch is zeker or sicher in German and conveys the same meaning and is retained in the saying: zo zeker als vast ( Flemish) or vast(fast[ened]) en zeker ( Dutch).
The Rogh sound symbolized with the open mouth, reminds me of ruach = meaning wind/breath, spirit or indeed speech, which indeed, is descriptive for speech, making of sounds, which would also enclose the idea of magic.
