I have a smaller national guard facility that I drive by somewhat frequently and have been doing so for 2 years now. That's given me a pretty good baseline of their comings and goings.

There movements have been pretty typical for all the way up until about a month ago. They have a day crew of about 5-6 cars in the lot that work Monday-Friday working on the machinery which, up to this point, had just been sitting non-mobile for years.

Now most of the times that I drive by, something has been moved which hadn't happened the previous two years, except one weekend when they were there for the quarterly (I presume) meeting.

It's nothing major yet, but it is a development.
