Wasn't she involved in selling California's water table to montasanto? There's no reason for CA to have a drought... they aren't even allowed to collect rainwater because the water table it would go to is "owned" by someone else.
It was a very long time ago I read this.... back when they were talking about building a pipeline from the Great Lakes to CA for water....
my sister lives in CO and she said she's not allowed to water her outside plants/trees with her garden hose, or even allowed to collect rain water to do it. i was shocked and said what is behind not being allowed to collect rain water? she said that would be stealing water from the people who live below them.

they are turning CO into the new CA and people are accepting it without asking one single question.
The farmers along Highway 5 (spans almost the entire center of the state top to bottom) have been fighting for water ever since. The cabal planned to steal the farm land from below to force them to sell from above. Literally starving the farmers out of business. It’s a decades old battle, you can look it up.
