Job qualification #1, she is black. Job qualification #2, she is a woman. Job qualification #3, she lead a list thing that no one knows what it is, but has made her millions.
Newsome pulled this one out of his pocket pretty quick. He has had her on his radar to appoint her to an elected position all along.
