I dont know i feel like this could be seen both ways. I could see it as the Israelis were killed (as in cut down intentionally and that should upset you) and the people in gaza died (as in they just died as a result of justified response not as big a deal).
OR
People in Gaza died (and they shouldnt have) and the people in Israel were killed (thats what happens in war).
It's also pretty standard writing style to change up the words in consecutive similar statements so it doesn't seem like you're repeating yourself.

That sounds an awful lot like plausible deniability to their actions. The key is, do they ever reverse that? Or do they keep parroting it the same way?
