The only thing I can think of, is we aren't the ones pushing Biden, they are. If it is a man in a mask, the real Biden truly has been Gitmo'd and it isn't time time to rip off the mask yet, then when it is revealed the charade will be on them. So basically, they choose to use a double not us. It's their fake Bidan, not ours. They could have chose anyone to put in office, but he was their best bet, so they had to fake him. Not sure if that makes sense.
