State claims an hour using a gas leaf blower makes as much pollution as driving a 2016 Toyota Camry 1100 miles, so it's electric lawn equipment only after 2024.

Clear Lake is a very nice area.

I had a place in Ukiah for about a year, many, many years ago.

Yes. Clear Lake is beautiful. I have not been to Ukiah.

It's just over the hill.

A very short drive.

It was an amazing little town back in the day.

I went through about 5 years ago and I was astounded by the number of homeless and bums roaming around.

There were always the seasonal folks athat worked the fall harvest, but these were just plain homeless, not the workers thst would come through and keep moving after the harvest was over.
