What the fuck is tax sovereignty? What could that even mean? Does it mean they dont get to set it? Collect it? Spend it? All the above?

It means that multinational corporations are being targeted to be taxed more and they're going full offense by claiming it has to do with the WEF so that people who don't read the article will be against it
