EU = well/good, genics = genes. => good genes. (eugene as a name?)

Question 1. Who has read his book: On the origin of species?
Question 2. Does this book promote eugenics?
Question 3. Can this book be used to support eugenics?
Question 4. Who proposed this idea of natural selection a good 900 years before Darwin? Question 5. Which people are primarily obsessed with race and breed? Question 6. How can such an idea be co-opted, re-directed and abused?
