"DOJ Announces Arrests" = 1 of 2 things.
You're not part of the club and your stealing money/drugs/whatever from us (stepping on our toes).
Someone in our club has been caught or we can't easily hide our actions anymore, so we fake arrests and move operations elsewhere.
I'm going to keep watching if the number of unsealed indictments (currently 50,160) increases.
Last Month the sealed increased to 447,023.
Someone running the bigger blackmail prostitution/pedo ring turned you in.
