What’s to stop her from buying a different home or renting something in her election district? Would they still throw her out of the Senate?

I know someone in the state of WA who rented an apt in Vancouver due to the election, but his home with his wife and daughter is actually not within the district. He won. Some people criticize the stunt pulled but this one, she didn't actually do that. Just blatant.
