There has been discussion in the past regarding Biden's changes in appearance, and his ears have been included in that discussion. Today an image of Biden is out, where he is facing to the right, so that his left ear is visible (most shots are straight on and hard to make out ear features). I grabbed this image, cropped out the ear, rotated it a little, and compared it with a good photo of Biden in 2016. Although several features are very similar, if not the same, there are definitely some major differences, particularly that weird wormy like leading skin flap.

An easy solution would be to finger print every single elected official and check them at least once a year. Every single person in the military is fingerprinted, the print is on your ID card. Not hard to do.
